I had my Screen Actor’s Guild membership, my work in marketing at one of the biggest entertainment companies in Los Angeles was getting accolades. On the weekends I was skydiving, and getting certified as a yoga instructor. Sounds amazing, but living my best life didn’t come easy. I struggled with anxiety, depression, and imposter syndrome. Fears and doubts always nagged in my head, so how did I create such a great life? Persistence, focus, and always stepping outside of my comfort zone, no matter how terrified I felt inside. Looking back, I wish I had someone like me, a Life Coach, supporting my journey so that it might not have been so hard to overcome my fears.
I realized that many people around me were unhappy in their current situations or had dreams that they weren’t pursuing, because their fears and doubts kept them from trying. I wanted to do something that would help them reach their goals and change their lives. That’s when I knew I wanted to be a Life Coach.
If you’re reading this and thinking, “Yes! I need someone to help me get there,” then let me tell you this: The hardest part about reaching for your dreams, is taking that first, terrifying step. Why? Because in that moment you are committing to making a change, and that scared part of you that has been comfortable living the status quo (even if it’s a miserable existence) is terrified that you will no longer need it. If you want to take that first step toward your new future, then let me help you.
