About Me

A renaissance woman, I've been pursuing my passions and picking up useful knowledge to share with others all of my life.  In pursuit of understanding, and expressing, the human experience I moved from the Midwest to Los Angeles to become an actress. After burning out from hustling as an actress, I turned my focus towards Marketing.  I accepted a role in Partnership Development and Loyalty Marketing at Universal Studios Hollywood.  During 10 fast-paced years at USH, I learned the importance of relationships within the company, with its sponsors, and its consumers.

In 2014 I left my marketing career to start a family.  As my kids grew out of the toddler years, I found another way to make an impact in others’ lives while raising my kids - Life Coaching!  I received my Life Coaching certification in the Spring of 2020.  Initially working with women transitioning through divorce, I realized there was more I could do to support my clients by certifying in Relationship Coaching, and Career Coaching.  With these specialties I have helped individuals, couples, and families, re-imagine their lives and make meaningful shifts to move forward.

Having an understanding of the challenges corporate employees face, parenthood, and the overall impact of work-life balance, my passion to positively affect the lives of others has led me to pursue Executive & Leadership Coaching.

Continuing a lifelong pursuit of studying and sharing the human experience, I am enrolling to San Jose State University to study Anthropology, completing my ACC requirements, and writing a novel, based on my adventures in dating, trauma, and skydiving.
